KLF Enterprises is located in Jasper, GA in the beautiful North Georgia mountains just 40 minutes north of Atlanta. KLF was founded by Shane Fendley (President) in 2001 to better accommodate borrower's needs in his business relationships he had established throughout his 20 year tenure serving as vice president for multiple banking institutions.

KLF has carefully constructed our team to be uniquely postioned in the finance industry by not only providing lending solutions, but valuable executive business experience as well.
